白露丨露從今夜白，月是故鄉(xiāng)明

白露已至，秋意漸濃。南方難耐的酷暑即將散去，桂花就要香飄滿城;而北方已經(jīng)秋高氣爽，晚霞緋紅。

The arrival ofBailu, or White Dew,signals the autumn vibes are in full swing.The intolerable heat in southern China is about to dissipate, with osmanthus fragrance soon to waft through the city. In the north, however, the cool and crisp autumn air has set in, painting the sky with crimson evening hues.

這個(gè)時(shí)節(jié)，晝夜溫差拉大，早晚有了涼意，寒升露凝。

During this time of the year, the temperature difference between day and night widens, bringing a chill to the mornings and evenings, water vapor condensed into dew.

古人把四時(shí)與五行相配，由于“秋屬金，金色白”，所以稱秋天的第三個(gè)節(jié)氣為“白露”。

白露有三候：鴻雁來，玄鳥歸，群鳥養(yǎng)羞。這三候都與鳥有關(guān)，講的是候鳥南飛，而留鳥已經(jīng)開始儲(chǔ)食御冬。很多地方直到白露節(jié)氣才正式入秋。

從養(yǎng)生上說，到了白露就不宜貪涼了，尤其要注意腳部保暖，謹(jǐn)防“寒從腳跟起”，也可以開始用熱水泡腳，既促進(jìn)血液循環(huán)、加速新陳代謝，又能緩解疲勞、改善睡眠。老話常說“春捂秋凍”，但“秋凍”一定要根據(jù)個(gè)人體質(zhì)來，不可盲目。

此時(shí)我們可以多吃些生津潤肺的食物，比如雪梨、百合、蜂蜜和枇杷。白露之后，鰻魚肥美，大閘蟹只消蛻下最后一殼就能上桌了。

白露白露，念白動(dòng)聽，卻帶著獨(dú)屬于秋天的悵惘。“對酒當(dāng)歌，人生幾何!譬如朝露，去日苦多……何以解憂?唯有杜康”。故人常悲秋，但落葉飛舞的詩意只在瞬息當(dāng)下最真實(shí)。
